Shipping & Returns
Online orders are sent during business hours between Monday and Fridays.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed before 2pm will be processed and sent that day.
Orders place after 2pm will be processed and sent the next business day.
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address, order or payment verification.
Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order.
Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Lumi Textile uses Austalia Post Express Post service for domestic delivery
Please see the chart below for shipping options & timeframes. There is a $15 Flat rate for Domestic orders.

Shipping: New Zealand Orders
Lumi Textile uses Australia Post Air Mail Track and Pack service for New Zealand delivery. There is a $20 AUD flat rate for New Zealand orders. If insurance is required, please contact us directly for a quote and note that extra charges will apply. The customer must be responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable on the parcel.
2-4 Business Days
Shipping: International Orders
Lumi Textile uses Australia Post Air Mail Track and Pack service for international delivery. There is a $35 AUD flat rate for international orders. If insurance is required, please contact us directly for a quote and note that extra charges will apply. The customer must be responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable on the international parcel.

Tracking Your Order
Upon the completion of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, outlining the details of your order. This message will include a tracking number with information on how to track your parcel through the Australia Post website.
At Lumi Textile we take great pride in our reputation for quality and so we are happy to exchange or refund full priced goods which are received back to us in our Brunswick East head office strictly within 10 days of delivery. Any returns that arrive back to us over the 10 day period will not be accepted.
Please notify Lumi Textile at firstname.lastname@example.org of your intention to return/exchange or refund items strictly within 24 hours of delivery.
Returned items must be sent via Express Post to the following address. Please note customers are responsible for return shipping charges and we are not liable for any returned items that are lost in the post:
All returned goods must be returned:
— Within 10 days of delivery date
— In original condition and must not have been altered or washed
— With all original tags and packaging must be in place and in good condition
— With the original receipts
— By Express Post
A 50% deposit is required when placing a special order and is non-refundable.
